On it's maiden voyage today in a driving rain storm! The sun came out and it was great! Lake Estes is a wakeless lake so could only putter around until we got to the backside, then full speed ahead!

Got my registration from Colorado today. The second owner registered as a 16 foot Holiday, but it is a 14 foot Sexy. I'll try to get it changed!

It may not be worth the bother to fight the bureaucrats. Just pay your registration and go on with your life....

My old CJ5 is fondly known as 'FrankenJeep,' because it was put together from parts of dead Jeeps and brought to life. The newest part of it is the 1971 tub (body). But there are pieces from six other Jeeps in it that I know of, dating back to the early sixties. For some unfathomable reason, the California DMV decreed years ago that it's a 1973 CJ5 Jeep. I don't even bother to argue with them; I just pay for the tags every year.

Finally got my 1955 Delta back - I have a few items on the interior still to take care of and am having a custom cover made but the restoration came out great. Enjoy all you Woody fans (and I agree I think we should start a Delta forum!)

    Ron Hansen Mahogany Delta

I have photos of Delta boats and brochures from the 1950's from Delta on Pinterest on my board named CLASSIC DELTA MAHOGANY BOATS. Please check it out and put pictures of your own on a Pinterest board. I'm always trying to add to the collection of Delta boats information. Thanks PS.....By looking at old brochures....one of which I found on Ebay....I believe my old boat is a 1959 rather than a 1957 as I had thought. Fun to research.

Another great weekend, but, blew-out the clutch-dog in the motor. Should have it fixed next week.
