Suggestion require for developing lines of a shallow draft oil tanker

    Please see the attaced drawing for the propeller and the skeg shape. Also please check the stern shape of the lines. Do you think the propeller will loose thrust due to the stern shape and propeller position?

    Seems like a small prop for such a large vessel.... is this single or multiple (2,3,4,) screw?
    You might be better off with a tunnel or reverse bottom as they do on river tugs, and as shown on one of the vessels in the photo
    If the prop on your drawing is close to the surface (prop tip to water surface less than Diameter), going astern or stopping could ventilate (suck in air) ... a real inconvenience ... or safety issue.
