UV-B light blinds barnacle larvae in 60 minutes, then no attaching

    The visible light will not hurt plants. Not having the proper frequency range of sunlight, I dont know if the underwater light would do the plant much good. Does the invisible UV-A and UV-B either kill or weaken plant growth? I dont know.

    To me the operational understanding of blinding the barnacle to prevent attaching make sense. So someone come up with a plan here and lets do testing. Strobing the light makes some sense, Maybe that is more practical in that some tech already exists.
