    Anybody who has data on resins? I am looking for stress/strain curve or even reference for at the point where it starts microcracking.

    DNV allows the use of brittle resins such as ortho and DCPD. These are known to crack at 10 to 12% of strain. Since DNV uses the maximum strain theory for the assignment of Safety Factor (max strain/FS of 3.3), I am interested on how it will fit.

    ISO has been known to crack at around 36 to 48% of stress. This easily passes the LR standard since it uses the 0.33% of maximum stress theory. Notice that LR allows only ISO resin.

    If you have data for Low modulus, High strength epoxy (tough resins), I am interested too. This will greatly increase the impact strength of the laminate at off axis load.
