my point is there are a number of scientists, and I can quote more, who say, co2 reflects or retains or absorbs, only a narrow band of radiation and increasing co2 does not result in linear increase in warming. it's diminishing returns, or greater amounts of co2 only marginally increase heat retention, because it already grabbed all the :easy: heat. Over simplification, but, i'm just a red neck boat captain.

Those of you who want to worry will worry.
Everytime unconverted raise a contrary scientists opinion, it's pseudo science and the science was settled already.

I wish all AGW climate worriers joy in your religion and may it give you peace.

We non-believers ain't signing on, so, you'll have to save the planet by yourselves I guess. Good luck.

American inability to accept modern science is a form of cultural ignorance.

    Each survey exposes it.

Very difficult to address this defect.

Too many liberals in the American schools are dumbing down our children, deliberately, so they will make better slaves.

Absolute rubbish....this doesn't mean a thing. Sorry but you can not use pretty graphs that have zero validity to prove a point. Especially if they come from the US department of miss-education. Surveying people in the street and shopping centers mean absolutely nothing what so ever, that's how these servery are conducted, or by people on the internet who make money by completing surveys. So your sample population is a misrepresentation of the populous, 'cmon....I said it once and I'll say it again "BE SMART PEOPLE!!"
Surveys like this should be only conducted by people with a certain level of education, I don't know what level of schooling. But sure as hell not by the people that they use.
You can't ask people on their opinion on global warming who spend 100+ hr per week watching TV and going to the mall or surfing the net. That sample population is used to see it the marketing campaign for Coke is doing it's job.

    Err emmm.

    The question asked was...

    http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/bigphotos/21329204.html

"Adults were asked to respond to the statement: "Human beings, as we know them, developed from earlier species of animals."

    EVOLUTION....science.

Americans are afraid of science, afraid of knowledge and prefer to live like sheep in a faith based reality.
