The hot tube shown on that boat suggests it's only half full at "full load" according to the associated text. A tub of that size, full will have about two tons of water, not one as the text says. Plus another half a ton for 6 people and this isn't counting the weight of the tub itself and related gear. Placing this sort of weight well above the LWL on your pontoon boat, doesn't seem practical and certainly would have detrimental affects on stability, particularly when free surface effect is factored in. The solar hot tub heater is not realistic either. Heating nearly 500 gallons of water will take weeks of direct sunshine.

Is it doable, yep. Economical, probably not, plus the side effects on stability and dramatically decreased boat load capacity. If you want a hot tub, think smaller than the one you've linked and solar heating is a joke, without an acre of panels to warm it up and the related pumps to move the water to and from the heating racks. This said, I can picture an awning style top, for the boat, covered with black sheeting and PVC pipes, to pump the water through. Of course, this will need to be insulated, as standing under tubes radiating 150 degrees, wouldn't be especially comfortable without it.

Just search the site for the hot tub boat the pictures are here. Buy it and drag it with you. You'll be the hit of the lake.
