    Goodwill; the stream, I presume that alludes to the gulf stream, is not much of a factor in a transit from Mexico to Cuba. It could be a signifigant factor if the sailor found himself on the far side of Florida which is a considerable distance from Cuba. Do not be beguiled by such tales of boat competance. Mexico to Cuba with a sixteen foot cat is a fools errand. It can be done, yes. It can turn to a very very bad hair day, more likely.
