The work I have done in this field is so small I could have used ear wax.

You're right tunnels I'm always open to different, new and easyer way of doing things but as the thread says all I'm after is honey wax. To learn new things is always a good thing so thanks for your information.

I am surprised to see Freekote WOLO is considered expensive. On a low production mould, it might be, but if products are popped out regularly, then it is a cheap solution, even if the can is expensive. I love semi permanent releases, for their outstanding release properties, cost, easy of application, and durability. (10-20 parts before reapplying is no problem)

Thanks Marker, I called them today and they only had one can of the 100 left and will not be getting anymore so I'm still looking.

    Hi Herman.
The cost of the can of freekote WOLO compared to a tin of honey wax is quite a lot. We do 14 different models of Ford hot rods and to wax the moulds every 10 parts using honey wax is cost effective as it is very easy to apply and wipe off. Freekote is a fantastic product and I do use it on my glass flat sheet table but I do prefer honey wax for everything else.
