stability criteria for crane barge

i 'm looking for stability criteria to prepare stability booklet for a crane barge.
can you help me?

 

IMO has stability criteria applicable to each type of vessel. One of them applies to pontoons, not self-propelled, unmanned cargo deck only, etc. . Is this the boat you are studying?.
In addition to the specific criteria, is likely to have to study a loading condition, full load and the crane loaded and extended his arm toward the sleeve to the fullest extent of the crane.

 

what about water ballast tanks?
shall i full some of them in full load condition?
