    Seafarer24 Sunset Chaser

I searched all 24-26' designs on sailboatdata.com and still couldn't find anything that looked quite like this:

The guy who lives on it is claiming that it is 25' long with a 10' beam and 6'2" headroom (likely only under the raised section of the cabin) and has two 40-gallon water tanks. Interior pictures show what looks like an enclosed head on the starboard side just forward of the step in the cabin-top. I also see a large hatch on the cockpit sole for engine access.

Judging by the angle of the forestay and backstay the mast is retardedly short, and with only single side-stays it's not heavily rigged at all. Not sure if that is factory or what.

Looks home built or one off. Reminds me of a lot of ferro-cement boats I've seen.

Current owner says it is an old timber boat... so I'm probably not interested anymore. I'm sick of finding rot in fiberglass boats, so a wooden boat just sounds like a nightmare to me.

I'm starting to think that is an Eastward Ho 24, which was originally designed for wooden construction. Some of the measurements would be a bit off, but the owner could have mis-measured a bit.

You never know if people actually confirm the measurements they put in ads or if they're just guessing or believed the previous owner.....

An Eastward Ho has a beam of 8'8", draft is 3'10"......The rig in the picture is for assist purposes only.....
