    Nice discussion - and I agree that nothing is zero-impact at this point in time, but "sustainability" is a journey towards that. We don't even know what the end point will look like yet, but it is beginning to become clearer.

    The Greenline's solar range is limited by speed, but let's face it - most cruiers do most of their 'work' at lowish speed for short distances. Not many cruise the world in such vessels.

    The Eco Boat Show is a step towards zero-impact (by whichever definition you prefer).

    AUSTRALIAN DEBUT of the Hydropak micro fuel cell generator. This little device is so light and safe it could find a place in a Dash or any small multi to power nav equipment and radios etc, saving many kg on any alternative power source.
    The first one is Australia will be demonstrated by Patrick Boutonnet at the Eco Boat Show.

    how did the show go? Did many people attend? I would have come along if possible as interested in the fuel cell.
