    Hi everyone
There has been some previous threads on propulsion using oscillating fins, I have since scaled up to a manned size cat boat for sea trials, results are quite good so far, i think !
This is a work in progress prototype for experiment only.
    comment are welcome.
    regards

So 700 watts at what speed?
And how fast would 700 watts get you using an electric outboard?
