    Looking for an office or individual able to draw plans of watercarft.

    lots of people can do that, could you be a little more specific?
    eg.
    what type of boat?
    what size?
    to do what?
    plans taken from an existing boat? etc.

    I am an outsider and possibly quite thick too,
    Can you difine "Watercraft"?

    also what type of plans are you talking about, and do they charge a lot?

    I advise you to check the members list. There are a few outstanding naval architects in there, power and sail.
    It is not advisable to put such matters in the open, people might easy offended this way.

    thats what i spoted yipster, i'm thinking of a nice friendly

    PANIC!
    for my next one, but then people might expect ME to be helpfull,
    perhaps best leave that one for them's know what there talkin' about you can have that one. :-D
