I am seeking a sketch or drawing of how to build amas and main hull for a 28' trimaran, or a catamaran, plywood, from scratch.Conventional building, or stitch and glue?
I think I can build such a boat. Would like to see what the frames and stringers look like and what sizes would be appropriate for a 28 footer.
    Thank-you!

    hi pete,
Looks like we have similar ideas. I am looking forward on building some kind of performance sailing boat, longer I am thinking about I think about a tri. I would be very pleased if I anybody gave me any information about sailboats like these. Materials, hull shape, sail shape everything. If sbd who have built any tri would say what parts they found dificult to design and manufacture, maybe we can talk about how to make things easier to do and so on.
    thanks,
    Vilius

James Wharram has desined some fine if unconventional boats: http://www.wharram.com/

If you don't plan to sail over the edge of the world with the lemmings it's agreat place to start or end.
