    Speaking of which, maybe if anyone has any case examples of other planning hulls with information on their dimensions performance figures hydro statistics etc. that could be helpful. Something for me to search up in the morning.

    Well, if efficiency is not the point... But will it be stable ride? There is great effect of LCG on stability of ride, besides with pod drives there are some additional issues.

    Programs will not help they are just drawing tool or calculator for qualified user; but reading helps to become such.

    Efficiency is 2nd to stable. Having the ride stable and not oscillating grossly as it hits each tiny wave is key but also not going through fuel like a jet turbine would be ideal. As for doing silly top speeds, I can live without that or just hop onto a jet ski hehe...

    As for the drive system... :eek: I've never even seen or heard of pod drives like them until a few months ago. Only thought they existed for big crafts (Azipods).

    Hope those books from Amazon gets here quick, wonder how the Thai gov will tax me for that. Gosh they love to tax things coming in at a ridiculous mark up!
