No time shares for me Mas, I'm a want it when I want it kinda guy.

OK I'm finally just about done with that damn truck of mine, fully restored and converted to multiple alternative fuels. Just needs paint, trim, interior. That and I bolt on a few of these last parts.

So I was thinking a model of this thing I seem to have sketched out. Say 7' by 3.5' or 1/6 scale. Big enough for me to sit in and test out at the res. Small enough that no single panel would need to be spliced together. That and I can test out a few things that might make it more efficient, or not, ;-)

I'm loving this swim fins Idea getting kicked around over on the wiggle drive page, seems like it wouldn't get hooked on nets or snag lines as bad and the blades are bound to be cheaper than props. Props are mind bending expensive and I'm a cheap bastad. Hit one rock and start crying. Even looks like its only got a few moving parts none of which look all that hard to machine. Swashplate or wiggle, that model flew across the water. My bet is slow that thing down and its a lot less vibration than a prop as well. Looks like it wouldn't need a transmission either.

This thing zips around on plane a lot but I bet this things pretty efficient going slow as well. I think, maybe ;-)
