And this is my own yacht I build myself 15 years ago (my design also)

Looks a bit gloomy out back!

 

I couldnt figure out what you use for the interior lining - it looks a bit like cork ?

 

first he tried to use cork but then covered that cork by bamboo.
I don't like both, I offered to use clear wood, but it means much work and time.
He wants to sail rather than arrange beautiful interior

She's finally taking shape after far too many years stuck on the drawing board while I was at school. We don't have a launch date yet but we're trying to speed the project up a bit...

 

Well you said big or small...so here is mine Definitely on the wee side of that scale.

I spent the past 7-8 months converting my Addictor 333 (Bambino) from an Outboard to a Seadoo Rotax powered Jet Drive. 40hp to 110hp(and much more to come).

It was a lot of work, but has been a very rewarding build. It is my first dabble in the marine world, and I think it has been a success to far.

I am nearly finished with the build/functionality, but little fine tuning is still needed.

This winter I plan to finish the cosmetic side of the build, including wake tower, exterior graphics, interior upholstery, swim platform, etc.

I've been working on this for about 18 months. It's a Glen L Marine Vera Cruise eventually to be named "Some Other Time". This is a concept drawing that I am using to guide my construction.

I'm up to 38 video uploads regarding the Hartley rebuild.
I got the boat for free back in June 2013 as the lady owner wanted it gone (was a gift for her then husband).
It had sat in her leaky carport unused for 5 years. It consisted of lots of rotten plywood, fungus, rusted out trailer & a motor that ran but needed work.

By October 2013 I had it registered & in the water. Now March 2014 I'm just putting the finishing touches on this gorgeous boat.
It's a Hartley Flareline, 16ft long, made with Huon pine keel & frames, plywood skin & glassed. Probably built in the mid'/late 70's I think.

 

I LOVE that hull Jess !! I saw similar on a smaller boat before but I like your's better. Size does count. More wiemen and more fish
