    Hi everybody!
I'm an Italian engineering student, with just a question so far: does anybody know something about the delft systematic KEEL series? I'm looking for coefficients and equations from that, in order to work on a thesis!
    Thanks a lot

    Hi there,

yes I did! You can find the necessary references here

    http://3me.tudelft.nl/en/about-the-...hydromechanics/sailing-yachts/sailing-yachts/

and most coefficients should already be typed into gvpp (there are matlab functions to compute every resistance components). It is a basic velocity prediction program I implemented at the time:

    http://sourceforge.net/projects/gvpp/

(it seems the sourceforge website is down in this very moment, but you should be able to access it. If not let me know!)

    I hope it is useful

    Best
