Seakeeping is a vague term. It is related to many other parameters including target speed. Can you bee more specific?

Go looking for "Marine Technology, Vol 13, No 4, Oct 1976, pp 381-400. Procedures for Hydrodynamic Evaluation of Planing Hulls in Smooth and Rough Water, by Daniel Savitsky and P. Ward Brown".

The software won't do the thinking for you. Constant wave height is not something a vessel will encounter. Seakeeping abilities is a combination of characteristics, including motion comfort. You have to decide first which are the most important parameters and put them in order. Also, what percentage of importance each has in the final design.
