    Hi everyone,

Just have a question regarding rhino, how do you get rid of these lumps and make a smooth surface?

    See attached images.

I have highlighted the lines I am using as my cross section lines using the Sweep2 command.

    A number of possibilities:
    1. Use degree 3 curves if you are are using higher degree curves.
    2. Use fewer sections.
    3. Use the NetworkSrf command instead of Sweep2
    4. Modify the sections.
    5. Add some "diagonals" which intersect the sections. The combination of sections and diagonals will probably needto be adjusted so all curves are fair. Then use NetworkSrf to create the surface.
    6. Try the Patch command to create the surface though it probably won't help.
I use the fewest number of curves with the least number of control points on each curve necessary to create the surface I want.
