    According to http://uninews.unimelb.edu.au/news/2481/

"Among the Melbourne Institute’s findings is that the ‘bottom half’ of Australia’s population owns less than 10 per cent of total household net worth, while the wealthiest 10 per cent owns 45 per cent."

    And more good news !!!!

    •Drinkers are wealthier, unless they are heavy drinkers;

•Exercise makes no difference to levels of wealth.

Mr Gecko was only slightly out in his estimates according to
    http://sociology.ucsc.edu/whorulesamerica/power/wealth.html

    US Total Net Worth
Top 1 percent Next 19 percent Bottom 80 percent
    2007 34.6% 50.5% 15.0%

Don't conservatives believe that companies and private institutions can do anything and everything cheaper, better and more honestly than the government can?:p

note to self: look up 'nationalize' in a socialist dictionary, if I can find one.

    IMHO
its immigration that pushes the bottom half of your population down and the top half up
The ten years that I lived in the UK I watched landholders get richer, immigrants have to live somewhere (and in the UK's case paid for by the taxpayer- bottom 50%)
Supermarkets, immigrants have to eat, (paid for by the taxpayer)
Lets say most immigrants are low to no skill so are competing with the bottom 50% for their jobs.
Why do governments keep telling us we need mass migration, its an instant boost to GDP, cash churn and taxation but without structural growth its a long time looser.
Also stops the panic from un funded pensions but to fix that in the UK you would need to add 10 million a year for many years to change the age demographic.
Makes me nervous when governments keep saying we are not replacing ourselves, personally its the best solution, lower commodity prices, less traffic, cheaper houses, less pollution, smaller governments...oh I just realized why!!!

How can it be that most governments say you die without population growth and yet we live on a planet with finite resources where every day only the rich can afford them.

Asia with oil USD150 sustained would just about close it down not to mention the riots

Just wait until the sallow youth discover that the dole does not feed or booze them and go on an "English Rampage" ... again, - and elsewhere,,, like that quiet backwater called Australia...

All the "warning type scribes" are now "very worried and fearful scribes", looking for escape opportunities when the money stops flowing or having some useful value...

Not having any money, what have I got to loose....

Yeah , well .......you are not alone there Masalai , so ( we ) are many ....
time to unite me thinks ......

If the average US citizen can actually organize him ( her) self , and kick their congress into action it ( restructure and rebuild of ) the Federal reserve could
    become a reality.

I do find it amusing that the enquiries into the fraud perpetrated by Bernanke and the whole string of other banksters found ( some ) of the answers , yet no action is ever taken. How (or rather ) why
do the US citizens let that happen ?

Troy .....I think you have NO CHANCE of finding a " socialist " dictionary in your country ...you would need to be able to explain and convince your entire country (of) the difference between socialism and communism ....not very likely.

what the public need to do is to vote to put government and their finances out to tender....
    that might change things...

Over my dead body......... and I will certainly make that prospect as difficult as possible to achieve...

As Gerald Celente has been attributed as saying, "When those who have little, have nothing else to loose they "loose it""... and I interpret that to mean, 'to go berserk in insane rage at the perpetrators of this injustice...'

No need to apologise, listen/watch a couple of the recent videos from Gerald Celente... http://www.geraldcelente.com/ click on <Media Blog>, the red button, near the top right of the page... then click on one of the video pieces that will then play...

To become aware of Who is manipulating what read the background information at - - GATA http://www.gata.org/about - - then read the sub categories on that page... then go read their famous FULL PAGE advertisement in the WSJ here : - http://www.gata.org/node/wallstreetjournal

An "extreme" associate and fellow with similar interests but not so scrupulous on authenticating the propriety of the data would be Mr Bix Weir, who is quite entertaining in presenting the same story with more colour and verve... http://www.roadtoroota.com/public/department39.cfm

Have fun and enjoy.... You should then be able to identify the "perpetrators of evil" as may impact on your comfort and life... I call them "the-banksters" or in Bix Weirs' terms, "The BAD GUYS"... For me, the bad guys would be those who may seek to remove my boat from my possession without paying for it ... as implied by IMP-ish... :D  :D

Why waste time? Look it up in a capitalist dictionary. There should be a few around...

Nationalize means steal the hard work of a private citizen and share it with your political cronies/fellow thieves.
