skeg hydroplane need help super bad

    I got a class c hydroplane that i am restoring i have pics up already but i need a skeg i cant run without it especially with as much power as i am putting on it

    where do i get a skeg?
    and how long should the skeg be?


    motor late 60's mercury 300 thunderbolt 4 cylinder inline factory tuned down to produce that model it makes 35hp i am putting that on a class c hydroplane they run between 30and 33hp motors on them when racing tuned down to between 20 and 25hp depends on if it is 20ss,c stock,c mod,ect. yes i may kill myself i am gonna make a throttle limiter so please don't tell me i am stuiped
