They are 2 different species and the yellow one grow much larger. We have both here. Deep-fried works best.

I can go with the zatarain, but you wont pass them off for crawdads around here even with it. Of course with the zatarain we might eat them anyway

A German lobster is a Hummer. Ain't that something. Let us now re-join our previous programming. How will you ventilate your tent?

This set-up will bring down the temperature. It works on chicken farms; why not here?

I grew up in South Georgia and I used to work on cars/boats/tractors/trailers/anything that moved in a large 80x120' steel shop with no AC or windows and only 2 roll doors. I remember it being 112f with 87% humidity at one point. We drank lots of water and ate a bunch of fruit, but we would work all day and all night. I don't want to sound like I'm trying to act Macho but sometimes you just have to tough it out. If you're outside, don't forget sunscreen!

The weather is ideal for my build from may to oct here--From 65 F to 85F back to 65F ave. thru those months with little humidity and a nice sea breeze. Plan is to design, install new keel and ballast. Sand, paint , and antifoul the hull while it is inverted. Upright it into it's new cradle roll it into the insulated and heated shop finish it by next july for launch. So it's no Daytona Bike week or fishing in the Keys again this year. The land yacht remains parked and at the price of fuel for the 445 cu. in. diesel thats probably a good idea. Actually might have to sell it to raise boat money already sold the bike, so the wife will be the last asset. Bt that time 30 gal' of boat diesel would be a fair deal :) ---good luck on the builds all --Geo.

MadCat: I appreciate your points. I did, however, notice my laminating epoxy was getting a little thick even in the low 90's. That presents a big problem as it goes up to 100+ and 87% humidity. I'd like to have a good boat in the end and summer monsoon season conditions here don't seem to be working out for that.

Any advice on finding a used 8 ton air conditioner?

Catbuilder- be sure any heavy duty air conditioner you buy is run off single phase 240volt power. Most of the big roof top units are three phase and require 208 or in the 500volt range--Entirely different than domestic power.--Geo.
