    This project is only fast design proposal for client when he decide whant to by this boat then will be developed whitch all the regulation of classification society that he chooses. is lot to do to complete the project. I had 2 weeks to pre-design a 2 vessel - this and the 16,5m boat - therefore a lot of things have been omitted

    It needs a prop :)

    But seriously, you need to know what type of drive is used. If it has an inboard engine, you need a shorter keel, leaving enough length for the prop and rudder - usually with a solid skeg to protect it from grounding.

    post some 3 view drawings(top, side, front) so we can print them out

    and draw on them and repost them here. Include dimensions, just post the CAD.

    Too hard to tell what is really going on with a design from the views you posted.
