    Hey All,

Has anyone out there built one of those curved lapstake clamps ? Just curious to know what would be the rough dimensions of the wood needed. These are the ones descried in the first few pages of Greg Rossel's book on small boat. They hold together with butt hinges and are tightened with a carraige bolt and iron handles.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    thanks,

    q.s.
