If the winters are warm is global warming, if they are record lows it is global warming too. It explains everything.

So show us the evidence that refutes it. You can't do it. You're reduced to sneering at science and calling it a religion -- as though the scientists who believe their observations, their instruments and their calculations are the ones mired in an irrational belief system, instead of you.

Do you have any idea at all how lame that sounds, to people with even a modicum of common sense? You're right up there with Young Earth Creationists -- and the Taliban who banned paper bags in Afghanistan, because they're made of recycled paper and might include the pages of a Koran....

Ya gotta love how Sloweddy makes a personal attack, and then ducks behind the accusation of others making personal attacks. Kinda like the pot calling the kettle black eh. Also of interest is the right wing article misrepresenting the consensus process.

    Gonzo
initially the effects of the greenhouse gasses were thought to be limited to simple warming but then a greater understanding of the climate response was gained through direct observation and it is now known that the alterations in the atmospheric chemistry result in a much wider range of responses.

    cheers

Gosh, I must have missed the part where they refuted the evidence about the phoney survey numbers that Boston been posting for years.

I've been away because Boston & Troy's inability to deal with anyone elses ego other than their own just got too boring and repetitive. I see also that the king and the clown prince of personal and ad hominem attacks continue to ***** about everyone else who even mildly approach their level of nastiness. I leave you two sufferers of anal/cranial inversion to yourselve again. But just for fun I'll pop back in in a few months to piss you off again. So for now, continue with your circle jerk of voodoo science and keep telling yourself, 97%, it's the coldest year ever, 97%, it's the coldest year ever in the dogmatic mantra you've developed.

Keep up the good work boys!

    piss us off
    hardly
I typically get a good laugh out of just about everything you post
    for instance
the personal attacks followed by complaining about personal attacks. Then more personal attacks followed by more accusations of personal attacks.
either wallow in it or not but the schizophrenic love hate thing is laughable at the least
then of course there's the content of your diatribes
    yikes
clearly educated in the ultra right-wing hall of disinformation

    oh well
feel free to take as long a vacation as possible
    love

Well, no. It isn't the coldest year ever worldwide, by anyone's reckoning at all. Where do you even come up with this crap? No wonder you don't hang around more.... you embarrass yourself every time you show up. :p:p:p

I think it is also used as a beaker in AGW type science!
In all fainess, after the coldest last three months of the year ever here, it is raining yesterday and today. Nice - ice. This climate is so screwed up, it must be AGW. "Quick, borrow money from the Chinese and throw it at the problem!"
