    yes to the first, no to the second question, never. have a look at my Gallery...

    The rest is not worth to comment further than Teddy did already.

    A important condition, not often found you must confess!

    I know it bonds good, but I know as good that it brakes easily under vibration, or when the formulation or mix was less than perfect (Ike has pointed the exotherm probs out), and then it is less than helpful.
