    Another New Guy here….
I am looking to build a ~12’X30’ Houseboat (8’6” with 21” fold up walk ways), anyway… I am curious about the best pontoon shape? Square with a slight “ V” on the bottom, Hexagon, Round, etc.
I am planning on building them out of aluminum.

Also… if anyone has drawings of pontoons and such, I am very interested in any and all ideas, as I am in the early stages of the design of the Houseboat.

Thanks in advance for any help

    Kev

can vary depending on your mission requirements, also things like cost and ease of building, motoring and more

I would go with round. But it is up to you and it all depends.
