I have come across a surplus stack of Aluminum diamond plate and I was thinking I could use it to build the Hull & deck of a house boat. can any one point me to a directory of Aluminum house boat plans that I could select One (1) from?

if you want a reasonably priced aluminum house boat designed as a lake camp go to www.oneuglyboat.com and check out the design options section of the site. we can make the design do just what you want. as an old fart who has messed around on boats for more than 50 years, i have discovered that most folks wanting to build the boat themselves will be better off if they # 1 buy a used boat and make do, and #2 go much smaller than your ego leads you to beleive you can handle. its that old bromide "dont let your battleship plan overload your rowboat butt." ugly

    Sir,
I did exact what you advise!
I changed my wishes to more realistic 28’ foot.
    I will check your site.
    Thank you!
