    Letter From A Lawyer...

    Hello...

Well it is going to cost me another 32 dollars to get my final bit of paper from the Courts Registrar - anyone spare some change...:p

Not sure what I should do with the damned thing - something creative and artistic maybe - daub some gold leaf on it and frame it in birch - mount it low in the head so that I can piss on it once and awhile...

Make photocopies and learn how to make those little origami boats - light them on fire and float them around mine on an ebb tide - check my insurance...

Actually my new touch screen computer has a little game that does just that - perhaps it is better that I pretend - I suppose that if the docks or lifts here caught on fire - that I would not be very popular...

Anyway that is that - closure is good - a piece of paper with lots of federal rubber stamps and erroneous signatures and Commonwealth latin encrusted badges is even better...:p

Cheers to bachlelor hoodlem at 40...

I am now going to go piss on the seat - and then clean it up straight away...

This may not be to everyones taste - I like it - trouble is she is British - see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iWOyfLBYtuU - Florence and the Machine - wonder if she likes boats...

I REALLY need to stop being attracted to British women - quite sure Frosty could give advice regarding same...

If you do make the little origami boats, please don't forget the transverse frame calculations or there will be Hell to pay.

SheetWise All Beach -- No Water.

Give it up Hoyt -- all you have to do is use 60# cover stock. If you use C1S you don't even have to finish the damn thing.

$200 for a stripper helps a long way, just don't marry her.

You don't need origami to get framed. A rose arbor is more than adequate.

Not up on US law but a Delaware Corp owns boat,Nevis LLC owns Delaware Corp, another faraway offshore trust (NZ,HK,etc) owns that and maybe throw in a panama or Guatemala or Anguilla trust that owns that.
But Panama would be the best final layer because a bearer share corporation can be assigned to another person without notifying the lawyers.....or maybe a foundation.
    Hmmm..choices choices choices.

None of these structures has a bank account.

You are not the beneficiary in any of this,a nominee could be.Then you wouldn't be lying in court.

Any civil court lawyer will have to spend $40k just to sue Nevis for documents which will do them no good as the bearer shares needn't be kept in Nevis.
And so on down the line to where the final Panama layer has NO public record and even the Panama gov't doesn't even know who owns it....and on top of that it is all covered by lawyer client privilege.

And any lawyer that spends $$$$ and doesn't get results gets sued for non performance and will likely tell the ex wife it's not worth it to them.

Remember these lawyers have ONLY their best interest in mind-which is charging hundreds or thousands of dollars an hour and getting 30% of YOUR assets for themselves..

You lease the boat, the lawyer doesn't get another car at your expense, and the golddigger has to go back to waitressing.

    Just Pay The Bills...

    Hello...

Pop out the other side - make photocopies of the papers - make origami boats - little bit of lighter fluid - light 'em up - set them afloat - piss on them before they burn your dock down...

Well - that is the poor red neck version...

Just an idea - not recommended - unless your insurance covers same...

Life goes on - women, lawyers, tax men (and women), drunken gamblers who steal your money - they will always be lurking about - invest in some Q tips and keep your ears to the rails...

Something else will be coming along sooner or later...

And the sky is blue my friends - on sunny days...

And never stick anything in your ears smaller than your elbow.
