Composite Mouldings Ltd (CML) specialises in producing high quality mouldings in both Polyester and Epoxy, Wet Lay-up, Vacuum and Resin Infusion. There are a few specialist Shipwrights who carry out plug/fitting work but the main bulk of the work is Polyester laminating.

CML are a Lloyds Assessed company (Lloyds inspects us weekly), work is weight controlled and there is an element of record keeping, the atmosphere is relaxed but everybody gets on with their work at a comfortable pace and always to a very high quality.

45hr standard week, overtime available, 28 days holiday entitlement (including Bank Holidays).
