Mild Bill Well, not entirely mild.

Would that happen to be the Latécoère 631?

The French certainly do have an eye for elegant design.

Mild Bill Well, not entirely mild.

Water vapor condensing into water droplets in the low pressure areas at the cores of the vortices generated by the "arrowhead" at the nose, the sharply swept leading edge of the wing, and the leading edge extensions outboard of the engine nacelles.

    Fantastic sites you sent !!
Thank you ! I knew what they were just wondered how many other people knew what and how they were formed . When i fly i always like to sit at a window to be able to see this when we take off and have a few photos of just those trails . I used to have a friend that was a flight engineer and he said to watch for them and explained waht hey were and waht caused them . Of the thousands of people that fly i wonder if any of then realise what it actually is ?
Thank you so much for the pictures !!:D
Always something new to learn every day !!

In my opinion, CFD need huge computers...
Fluent V6.x maybe a good choice. I've read many papers about that from hydrofoils to very fast ships and boats.
