    SailDesign Old Phart! Stay upwind..

Here is a nominal 40hp. Can't remember whose, but it should be easily scalable.

Here is a fairly simple model from the TouchCAD library. Contact me if you want a copy.

    Dear Claes,
Yes, that is more what I'm after, if you could email me a copy to:
petter@yellowfin.com it would be most appreciated.
I use Rhino and can read step, iges, 3dm (v2).
I am currently designing a plywood catamaran for my little brother at the moment and need the outboard to put on the 3D model to make it look more realistic.
Will post some images when the design is complete.
    Thanks for your help.

    Outboard Motor Solid Model

I have a STEP file, for the Evinrude E-Tec 40-60 HP outboards, obtained from Evinrude at the 2009 IBEX in Miami. The file is 19+ Mb so I can't upload it here.

After Claes was kind enough to send me his .dxf file for the outboard, I had a brain flash... Someone had already sent me an outboard file a few years back.

Here it is, if you'd care to download it. It's a Rhino 4 file. If you can't open R4 files, let me know and I can send it along in a different format.
