Practical differences between various

    materials. I am wondering what kind of differences there are in using carbon fibre / aramid clothes versus regular e glass or dynel?. How much more difficult to work/sand? Also the practical gains in terms of strength/weight ratios? My application would be the inner hull of a 19 foot strip planked boat, bulk head tabbing, hull deck joint and the boat's deck and cockpit. Plans call for 8 oz 'boat cloth' -- I'm looking at carbon fibre kevlar composit cloth.... i.e.
