1. The Marketplace Forums can be useful for members who know one another well from forum discussions and offline communications and wish to post boatbuilding tools, drafting tools, molds and tooling, and other professional equipment for sale or trade. However, caution and good judgement should always be used. Especially when considering any business with anyone not already well known to you and trusted, due diligence must be used to confirm details and identity and be sure the transaction is safe before any money or property changes hands. Always use good judgement and perform due dilligence and follow these guidelines.

We are located in Portugal, but our mold team of 3 can relocate anywhere to make the mold on site and close to your market. Before we make a mold for our own projects, we analyze the local conditions and use, a feasibility study is made, and we work closely with fishermens associations and the authorities to make a perfect mold for local conditions and market.

We make mold pairs up to 30 ft. based on drawings, your old boat or current types with improvements. Interior and exterior (including deck) makes double skin. We deliver with rotative supports and the molds are all reinforced with stainless steel tubes.

Costs: A 20 ft. mold pair would cost about $ 5,000 in materials for mold and plug, and about 1,500 hours at $ 15 per hour including re-location to your area. We bring all tools, you provide the workshop.
