Does any one know how hard or easy it is to change the Cool Hubs out? I have a Ranger Trail trailer(Banshee on it)...The passenger side access port where the oil goes is completely stripped out and I thought it may be easier to just put a new hub on...Thanks.

I am going to give Rod a call today at ranger...Here is a link to what mine look like. The oil fill plug is definitely on top of the hub. maybe Rod has the new caps that can be filled that way...Thx

Just curious; How or what was the cause of the strip-out?

    Cause

It was like that when I first tried to do it....So someone else had done it at some point in time before me. Most likely from not proper flushing or wash down caused it to seize up. I tried to use some penetrating oil on it and worked it for a bit but it was just too far gone.
