GM 3.0 4 Mercruiser OL6950501

    HI
    looking for a schemtic of a GM Alpha one engine found a bolt missing in the Head i think looked threw shop manual cant find the exact location

    :confused: Any help thanks

    If it has been running like that, you should change the head gasket. Are you sure the head of the bolt didn't shear off? The manual is very clear about the position of the bolts. Look at the picture that tells you the torque sequence.

    The GM 181 CID head and it's gasket. Which one is missing, frankly it's fairly obvious as to where they normally live.

    Thanks found out that it is was a holder mount for the main harness was removed and rewired .
