    You cant break him of his views completely, but you might get him to budge if you can show him the benefits on your own dime.

    I started making parts on the side using RI. I then asked my boss if I could bring them in to the shop finish them (trim, drill holes, etc....). When they saw the end results they were amazed at the finsih on a RI part. No voids, nearly transparent layup, and super strong.

    They finally budged and let me do an entire order using RI. Im no longer there, but ever since then they have bought and oven and moved over to pre-preg. Everything they do now is bagged. Its expensive, but they realized they'll save money on labor.
