Have a '01 four winns horizon. We just found out we have a spun bearing on a 3.0gm (volvo). Wanting to know how hard would it be to swap to a 4.3. I know the parts for the 4.3 are much cheaper and easier to find than the 3.0 not to mention the extra power. Any Ideas, thought or opinons would help.

Parts are not any cheaper for the 4.3 than the 3.0. They are both basic GM engines. To change to a 4.3, you need to put a different exhaust Y pipe, change the gear ratio to about 1.65:1 and if you have the front mount, modify the stringers for side engine mounts.
