Just thought I'd post these CAD renderings of a boat I designed a few years back. The backstory is that I was living in Italy at the time, and a friend called to tell me he had arranged an interview with Ferretti in Fano. I had four days to come up with a poweryacht to show, and all I had was sail designs.

Bottom line is that I buggied about 12 hours a day and came up with this. Then, after the interview, they asked me to come back with a pilot station for a smaller powerboat. In the end, I decided to take an offer at Wally.

    Cheers and smooth sailing

No on Wally. They hired me, I went back up to Fano to find there had been a management shake-up. Everything went into limbo. I just gave up after a month of waiting and returned to Naples.

The 23M is 23 meters, the 11M is 11 meters. both are to scale in the CAD

Remember that these were fast concepts, so there are certainly elements that may not look quite right.

    Cheers,
