    pistnbroke I try

Came across this digital hour tacho meter whist building my Thai Longtail
works with all engines 1 stroke 2 stroke and 4 stroke . Large 8.5mm digits and reads rpm to 25,000 +...I know a lot of you dont read DIY maranising so I thought it might catch you here.
ADDED 2/21/09 there is a 1.7m cable the end of which wraps around any plug lead to pick up a signal to activate the tacho. Picture added

    In US contact jimspring@verison.net ( about $32 + post)
In Australia contact noosapropshop@yahoo.com.au ( $65 inc Express post)

    enjoy..

Sounds pretty good for the price....
What does it connect to for pickup?

Have added it into my original post but there is a 1.7m (5.6ft) cable attached the end of which wraps 4 times around a plug lead . this cable can be extended without soldering to any length....see photo below
