I am trying to get a custom design, plexiglass windshield made for my boat. Does anyone know a company that can build one to my specs? Any info will help.

    American Marine Products

Try them in Pompano Beach, FL. (954) 782-1400
If you need tooling to bend extrusions it can get expensive for a one off. They use bent acrylic, not glass.

Plexy glass may not be the best way to go (uv..craking..fading).......you can use acrylite or something like that. Some of the material can even be bent in a press with a large radius. Beclawat can make the windows so can bomar. but it will cost you.

    Hi there

Is it the traditional one constructed whit frames around it?

could have a look at http://www.vetus.com/index-usa.htm , I asked for a quotation over there in Belgium

    For a 4 pieces 2side and 2 front (4 times 700x500mm) cost around 1300USD

made with frames and hardened glass

having custom made ask not to imprint logo's or make a note what is the topside when specifying dimensions. some turn the paper around

I am restoring a 1967 Starcraft Chieftain The boat has two windshields One in front of the cabin and one on top in front of the Console I located a place in Leola, Penna. that said they will make them for me if I have the old windshields They said I can either make the forms myself or they will make the forms from the old windshields They make windshields for all different kinds of boats but they will have to have your old windshield to go by The name of the place is Aluminum 2000 Inc. 595 East Oregon Rd. Lititz, Pa. 17543 Phone Number is 717-569-2300 I went up and visited their shop They have a lot of forms already and there is a chance that they just might have what you need If you cannot make it exactly like the old one maybe they can help you out with one of their newer windshields They have beautiful frames on their new windshields and also have lots of different shades of glass to pick from Good Luck Coaltrain
