    Hi Everyone,

I'm having some problems when I try to render my shapes on Maxsurf version 11.03. Does anyone have any idea about where is the trouble? Perhaps something was written before, but I couldn't find the answer I was looking for...
I think It's a "graphics card" problem, but I don't know how to deal it.

    Thanks in advance,

    Sorry everyone,

Basicly, the problem is: When I click the "render" button on prespective view, the shape disappears.

Firstly, if these are trimmed surfaces, turn 'trimming off' and then render.
If you can then see all your surfaces, your trimming process has been done incorrectly.
'Un trim' the surface and try again.

I try to do what you suggest me Crag, but I haven't trimmed my surface. I have the same problem with all shapes, so, I think the problem goes forward. Maybe a PC configuration I'm not able to solve...

    Thanks anyway,

As a first step, try turning Harware Acceleration in your display control panel off.

If this works then you have a graphics card problem, in which case the first step is a check for driver updates.
