Accoustic insulation for Engine room And Interior Panels

Hey Guys,

Have you got any suggestions other than nuxodal and thinsulate for E.R.(engine room) insulation and interior insulation which caused by air and structural(damper and vibration) sounds.

Boat is around 41m(135') and composite.bulkheads are PVC foam and fiberglass or honeycomb and thin plywood..

THose are thermal insulators. You need a sound-deadening acoustic foam. Soundown foam is more like what you need.

RockWool is another solution, used in ships.

I am highly allergic to rock wool and break out into violent coughing when it becomes airborne. Use caution employing it near living spaces and installing it.

I could never allow it on my vessel, but it does look like a good solution.
