    ROBERT PARKER TATTOO4U

I JUST PICKED UP A USED JET BOAT THAT HAD A OLS 455 IN THE BOAT. THE FIRST TIME OUT I SPUN A MAIN.SO ANYWAYS I PULLED THE MOTOR AFTER FINDING OUT IT WAS JUST A PASINGER CAR BLOCK AND HEADS. AND DROPED IN A 400 OLDS THAT HAS BEEN WORKED OVER A LITTLE. ANY WAYS IM NOT GETTING MUCH MORE SPEED OUT OF THE BOAT. DO I NEED TO DO ANY THANG TO THE JET AND IF SO WHERE DO I START . IM STILL NOT REALY HAPPY WITH THE 400 AND FINLY FOUND THE HARD WARE TO PUT IN A BBC. I HAVE A 468 WITH A LOT OF WORK IN TO IT. SO CAN I CHANGE TO A BIGGER PROP IN THE JET. AND WOULD:confused: A JETTAVATOR ADD TO THE HP?

    No, it wont

A jetivator wont add to your H.P. it will just adjust the spray, which in turn will make it go faster , because of that. You have to be careful with these jet boats, when they skip out of the water they can over rev and blow up quick.
