I need advice on converting a 2.3 OMC Chriscraft to possibly a 2.5 OMC motor . This is my brother-in-law's boat and I am trying to locate any motor mounts or kits that I can possibly buy. From what I have found the drives are compatible, it's just mounting the motor that is the problem. Thanks!

Are you sure there is a problem?
As far as I know OMC during their existence has never made one single engine but bought them from GM, just like Mercruiser does. The difference between 2,3 and 2,5 is only internal, like a larger bore and/or different cranckshaft. The block has threaded holes for several different engine mounts and fits both Merc, OMC any even Yamaha mounting styles.

Thanks for your time, I'll have to look into it a little closer myself, thanks!
