    From the subject, I thought you were talking about a finished or partially constructed boat, but from the price I now realize you are talking about a full set of plans.

    Could you tell us who the designer is?

    Completed set of Self Righting Design

    the designer is Damen Shipyards but they had sale that design to Malaysia. Completed set of design including lines plan, GA , construction and system drawing (air condition, seawage system, piping, fuel and machinery,..etc). Interested? All just for USD 1000 and will send in 24 hours via internet. You could use this design for sister ship and developing any others type of self righting craft.
