having that fancy crane equipment must be nice!!,, i worked in some of the best shops in maine ( ya i know that aint saying much ,,hehe) and we only used the crane to get the "new guys" to the top of the mast to fix a bulb,,,hehehe,,,man ya think we would of learned that the crane breaks down ,,,almost to the top,,,,,,for at least an hour or so,,hehe

Trev, - - - that was a trip from Archerfield to Coolangatta airport and back - - round trip of about 180 km., that is, over the ground, but had to get to 60,000ft... I think I cut a corner rounding the ndb at Coolangatta..... - - not allowed to photograph it on the ground.... and it is gone before you see it coming

 

'liner as long as there's a deck in place and it's a short lift you usually get away with it, now an open boat with a lot of weight in her and whe you put her back in the water you have a bit more 'tumblehome' than when you started!

Us farting around on the net is just a smoke screen, but hugely misleading. Masalai is planning his boat, and I am playing with my laser cutter.

I did my first free-hand cut yesterday, see attached. Note the accuracy of the free-hand I feel as excited as a little kiddy who got his big red truck

I know what I would do with such a magnificent tool - !!!!!!, - - - trim the tops off a couple of trees that annoy me too much, - as, - if we get a big blow they may well cause some damage....

The laser is what is going to cut the foam for the boat. He he... when it's up and running properly I'll probably cut up everything around here

 

The wife's dad used to do that (farmer). When he buys a new chain saw mother in law had to hide it from him. For a week on end he's saw up everything in sight.
