'47 Chris Craft Rocket

    Got a 47 Chris Craft Rocket with a 6 cyl. Chrysler, anyone know of a good web site to get oil filters and other motor parts ???

    Son of a gun, I've got (or actually, my wife's got ;) ) a '47 CC Rocket with the Chrysler Ace too.

    We've always been able to get most of the small stuff needed right at NAPA. You just need a knowledgeable guy who's willing to root around in the books for a while. But then we also live in an area with a lot of old boats (Thousand Islands NY) and my NAPA guy owns an old Century, so that helps. :D

    Still got the original "Rocket" decal on yours?

    MO, if u have any pics of the rocket, e-mail me @ Lmiller3358@aol, I'll send some back to you, the guy who restored this boat had the decal custom made by a local source
