This is a picture of the boat in my backyard taken a few years ago while it was being painted by my brother. Its 55' and has been entirely gutted with only rough cut hemlock floorboards and carpet on the inside. It floats in our pond for show.

-no engine, generators,or systems of any sort on the inside

Someday i hope to sail her, what do you think?

It looks like it would make a nice cruiser (after its role as a sculpture, pond deco or houseboat?)

Has it still got its builder's plate?

Looks like a Chris Craft Roamer (Chriscraft's steel boat line 1950's to 1980). There is a web site concerning the CC's steel and aluminium models.

    The hemlock may quickly rot.
